Process Overview
Investment Casting
Offers the ability to achieve complex geometries, thin walls, and high surface quality. Especially suitable for delicate or hard-to-machine components.
Vacuum Casting
Enables the production of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum cast parts with the highest precision. Casting under vacuum results in dense, pore-free, and dimensionally accurate components with very smooth surfaces. Ideal for complex geometries and high-quality alloys where oxidation and air inclusions must be avoided.
Die Casting
Delivers precise and dimensionally accurate metal components that can be economically produced in high quantities. Particularly efficient for automotive, electrical, and mechanical engineering applications. The parts are immediately ready for use or further processing.
Sodium Silicate Investment Casting
Is particularly suitable for large, robust, and stable components. The process is relatively cost-effective and is often used in machinery and plant engineering as well as in agricultural technology, for example, for load-bearing elements, large angle, and connecting elements.

Mechanical Processing
Many cast parts require mechanical processing to be precisely integrated into assembly processes. We perform milling, turning, and drilling directly after the casting process. This way, you receive assembly-ready components from a single source without additional coordination with external service providers. By combining casting and processing, you save time and minimize interface risks.
Stainless Steel Hardening
Our in-house hardening shop ensures the material properties of your stainless steel components. This process reduces lead times because no external routes are required. We precisely adjust the process parameters to the material so that your components are durable and reliable. This way, you avoid failures and use components that withstand daily use.
Coatings
We offer various coatings that specifically protect your components. Whether corrosion protection or functional properties, we customize the coating to the later use. This extends the service life of the components and adapts the surface to special requirements. Together with processing, you receive a finished part that can be immediately used in your production.
Logistics and Processing
We take care of transport, import, and on-time delivery. Our experience in international goods flow prevents delays due to customs or missing papers. You receive your parts exactly in the quantity you need and at the agreed time. This secures your production processes and avoids unplanned downtime.
