Inquiry & initial evaluation
A drawing and/or CAD model is sufficient – we check feasibility, material selection, and castability, including evaluation of the required tolerances, in close consultation with our customers.
Consultation & offer
Technical clarification, material consulting, and casting optimization – from this we create a reliable offer including tooling costs, delivery time, and processing options.
Tool construction & prototypes
Upon commissioning, we start with tool manufacturing and initial samples for dimensional inspection, if necessary, with initial sample test report (EMPB). Alternatively, small series or prototypes can also be produced without tools using 3D printers.
