Inquiry and initial review
You send us a drawing and 3D data, ideally with material preferences, quantity, and information about the application area. We assess the technical feasibility and provide you with an initial assessment.
Consultation and offer phase
We clarify open questions, advise on casting and production-technical design, and select, if necessary, the appropriate stainless steel grade together with you. Subsequently, you receive a non-binding offer with delivery time, tool costs, and project planning.
Tool construction and sample production
After placing the order, a final simulation is carried out to guarantee an optimal casting process. We create the wax mold and produce first samples for dimensional inspection, function evaluation, and approval.
Series approval and production
After your approval, we start series production. The components are cast, mechanically processed, and/or heat-treated as needed before being packed ready for dispatch after final inspection.
Delivery as required
We deliver the finished investment cast parts on call, in predefined batch sizes, or as a full batch. Interim storage in Germany is possible if required.
