How a project with SBV Stahltechnik proceeds
We accompany every project in investment casting from the first contact to the finished delivery. Our goal is a precise, economically sensible solution that reliably integrates into your processes. The procedure is clearly structured and coordinated by a dedicated contact person.
Inquiry and initial review
You send us a drawing and 3D data, ideally with material preference, quantity, and information about the area of application. We check the technical feasibility and provide you with an initial assessment.
Consultation and offer phase
We clarify open questions, advise on casting and manufacturing technical design, and, if necessary, choose the appropriate stainless steel grade with you. You then receive a non-binding offer with delivery time, tooling costs, and project planning.
Tooling and prototype production
After commissioning, a final simulation is conducted to ensure an optimal casting process. We create the wax mold and produce initial samples for measurement, function evaluation, and approval.
Series release and production
Upon your approval, we start serial production. The components are cast, mechanically processed and/or heat treated as needed, before being packaged ready for shipment after final inspection.
Delivery as needed
We deliver the finished investment cast parts on demand, in specified lot sizes, or as a complete batch. Intermediate storage in Germany is possible if necessary.
