Our process: From the inquiry to series delivery
We use a multi-stage process to manufacture precision casting parts from stainless steel, steel, or aluminum. The starting point is a wax model that we encase with a ceramic mold. We pour the metal into this mold. The key steps:
Inquiry and data review
You send us your drawings and 3D data as well as information on the area of application, quantity & material. We evaluate whether the component is designed for manufacturability or if adjustments are necessary.
Technical consultation
Our casting specialists check geometry, material selection, and functional requirements. If necessary, we provide recommendations for optimizing the geometry or the appropriate aluminum alloy for your application.
Prototypes and pre-series
In aluminum die casting, prototypes are only feasible with a tool. Therefore, we produce initial pre-series parts directly from the production tool or from a specially simplified pre-series tool. This allows us to verify geometry, function, and process capability early on before series production starts.
Series production with our partner in Asia
Production is carried out through our partners in Asia. We take full responsibility for technical coordination, quality assurance, and logistical coordination. Thus, you receive your components reliably and on time from a single source.
